My trade says “Settling”. What does that mean?
The contract expired and is waiting for the server’s settlement job. The generated price at the expiry time is used. If the status remains for several minutes, submit a ticket with the trade reference so the administrator can check the cron job.
How do I save my progress?
Under Me, create a demo account with your name, email and a password of at least 12 characters. Registering preserves your current guest wallet, trades and watchlist.
Why are the prices different from an exchange?
This site uses deterministic generated prices for practice. Price changes, volume figures and market rankings are illustrative.
Can I deposit actual cryptocurrency?
No. The deposit screen submits a virtual top-up request for administrator approval. This release has no payment addresses, blockchain integration or real withdrawal capability.
How can I recover my account?
Use the password recovery page. If the website’s email delivery is configured, a reset link is emailed to a matching registered account.
