What the workspace stores
The application stores your name, email and hashed password when you register. A guest workspace uses a generated identifier. Wallet balances, trades, favorites, support tickets, support replies and notifications are stored in the site database.
Sessions and preferences
A session cookie keeps you connected to your account and supports request verification. The hide-balances preference is stored in your browser. The customer dashboard may load web fonts from Google Fonts; other page fonts use system fallbacks.
Administrator access
Authorized administrators can review accounts, virtual ledger movements, trades and support requests. Administrative changes are logged. This demo has no identity-document upload or payment processor.
Requests about your data
Use Help & support from your saved account to request assistance with your data. Do not include sensitive financial credentials in tickets. Exporting Assets produces your transaction history; it is not a complete personal-data export.
